The Children’s Rights Alliance Annual Report Card tracks how the Government is delivering on its commitments to children in the Programme for Government. The Alliance first published the Report Card in 2009 and it is now in its 15th edition. The Alliance introduced the Report Card to have a monitoring tool in between examinations under the UNCRC.
