In this submission from August 2006, the Children’s Rights Alliance says the Criminal Law (Sexual Offences) Act 2006 is flawed and should be amended as a matter of priority, while welcoming the recognition by Government that comprehensive legislation is needed in the area. This submission responds specifically to points 2, 3, 5 and 6 under the Committee’s orders of reference.
