This is a submission by the Children’s Rights Alliance to the Department of Health and Children in response to the Adoption Legislation Consultation Discussion Paper. The Alliance outlines its belief that there is a need for both consolidation and reform of the current legislation governing domestic and foreign adoption in Ireland.
