Draft Submission on the Equality Acts for consultation
The Children’s Rights Alliance welcomes the opportunity to make a written submission to the
Department of Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth on the review of the Equality
Acts. Our submission focuses in particular on the impact of the Equality Acts upon children,
shortcoming in the Acts as they stand, and how the effectiveness of the Acts to tackle discrimination may be increased.
